Are my snaps safe? Will you share my snaps with third party?
Yes, your snaps are safe and we care about the privacy of your precious moments. While processing orders, our printing staff doesn't have access to save the snaps on personal drive or other devices. Also, we don't share your snaps with any third party/entity. All snaps or client information pertaining to the order is removed permanently from our records within 15 days of order delivery. We only retain your log in details and your address for your future orders on our secured server.

Where do my snaps get uploaded?
Snap2door accepts all kinds of image files. You can select snaps from your computer or phone gallery or from your social media accounts to upload and place an order to print your snaps.
What is the quality of printing and paper used?
We use latest printing technology to print your moments. Our paper is 230-300 GSM and best quality Ink is used to print. The paper used for printing is laminated and hence washable. This allows you to store your snaps for a life time. Also laminated prints retain shine on snaps to last long.
What if I am not happy with the quality of the prints?
Snap2door always strives to deliver quality prints to their customers to make them happy everytime they receive an order. In case you are unhappy with the quality, do not worry. Is there any minimum order value for placing an order?
The minimum order value is flat Rs.100 ($20 for overseas orders) for photo printing. For merchandize items, the minimum order value is Rs.150.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will be regularly updated on status of your order via text messages and emails from the time your order is placed till it is delivered. What are the Terms & Conditions for Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) order?
Cash on Delivery orders will be booked only if your pin code/zip code (area) is serviceable for C.O.D. by our Courier Partners. Note: Only cash payments will be accepted while delivering the order under the C.O.D. format. Demand Draft/Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the C.O.D. method of payment.
When can I expect my order to reach me?

For any order for photo prints, posters or collages, the minimum order amount should be Rs.100 and Rs.50 for C.O.D option. Beside this there is also shipping charge at the rate of 0.0% for any order. We will process the refund immediately and same will be credited to your respective account in 7 working days.
What is the refund process?
If you are unsatisfied & want refund for any order write to us at write2us@snap2door.com and we will process your refund instantly. Your account or card will be credited within 7 working days.
What if I don't receive order in 5 working days?
Our logistics partner for shipping is Fedex which is a trusted brand and we guarantee 100% satisfaction. Why my snaps are not getting uploaded?
We would always recommend you to connect through Wi-Fi and 3G so that the snaps get uploaded easily. If you have a weak network connection, many a times high quality snaps will fail to upload. Also you need to wait for sometime so that the snaps get uploaded. Inspite of a good connection if the snaps are not getting uploaded then feel free to email us at write2us@snap2door.com or contact our customer service team at +91 798-256-2828 so that our team can resolve the problem
I have made the payment but have not received any invoice?
Once you make the payment, you should receive an automatically generated email for the invoice. It is only in rare case that you might not receive the invoice through mail. At such situation, do not hesitate to drop an email at write2us@snap2door.com or contact our customer service team at +91 798-256-2828 and ask for the invoice.
